Solving the debtor's bankruptcy - natural persons

Abstract:

Účelem bakalářské práce na téma „Řešení úpadku dlužníka – fyzické osoby“ je blíže vysvětlit pojmy, které se v této problematice vyskytují, a zachytit je ve skutečnostech, s nimiž souvisejí teoreticky i prakticky, tedy poukázat na problematiku jako na celek. První část je zaměřena na rozbor řešení pomocí převážně veřejného práva. Druhá část se převážně zabývá právem soukromým a možnostem, které dlužníku umožňuje pro řešení jeho dluhů. V závěru každé části jsou pomocí dílčích závěrů shrnuty dopady jednotlivého řešení na dlužníka.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis about „Solving the debtor's bankruptcy - natural persons“ is to explain terms used in this issue in more detail and to define these terms in facts they are related to in theory and in practise, that means to point out this issue as a whole. The first part is concentrated on solutions based on public law. The second part is mainly engaged in private law and the potential that allows the borrower to deal with its debt. At the end of each section using partial conclusions summarized impact of each solution on the debtor.
