Cílem každého podnikatele je maximalizace zisku. Aby mohl vytyčeného cíle dosáhnout, musí mít kromě odborných znalostí ze svého oboru také přehled o dalších právních a daňových předpisech, které se na něho vztahují a určitým způsobem mu ztěžují cestu k cíli. The aim of every entrepreneur is to maximise his profit. In order to achieve this goal, it is crucial to be familiar with other regulations, especially with commercial law, accounting and tax regulation, because these fields complicate everyday life of entrepreneurs.
