Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zmapování morfologických a funkčních rozdílů mezi oocyty, u nichž proběhla meióza částečně přirozeně v ovariu (in vivo) a těmi, u kterých k tomu došlo během kultivace in vitro. Důraz je kladen především na savčí oocyty a to hlavně lidské a myší. Práce zprvu pojednává o obecných základech vzniku savčích pohlavních buněk – vajíček a spermií. Abstract:
The work focuses on the mapping of morphological and functional differences between oocytes that have been partially matureted in the ovary (in vivo) and those that had been cultivated in vitro. Thesis is focused mainly to human and mouse oocytes. First part of the work descibes general foundations of mammalian gametes formation - egg and sperm.
