Morfologické a funkční rozdíly mezi savčími oocyty získanými in vivo a kultivovanými in vitro.
Morphological and functional differences between mammalian oocytes obtained in vivo and cultured in vitro.
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zmapování morfologických a funkčních rozdílů mezi oocyty, u nichž proběhla meióza částečně přirozeně v ovariu (in vivo) a těmi, u kterých k tomu došlo během kultivace in vitro. Důraz je kladen především na savčí oocyty a to hlavně lidské a myší. Práce zprvu pojednává o obecných základech vzniku savčích pohlavních buněk – vajíček a spermií. Dále pak porovnává rozdíly mezi skupinami …moreAbstract:
The work focuses on the mapping of morphological and functional differences between oocytes that have been partially matureted in the ovary (in vivo) and those that had been cultivated in vitro. Thesis is focused mainly to human and mouse oocytes. First part of the work descibes general foundations of mammalian gametes formation - egg and sperm. It then compares the differences between groups of oocytes …more
