The desing of a bicycle suspension front fork by hydraulic-pneumatic system

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a optimalizací odpružení jízdních kol, například u závodních speciálů, horských kol typu cross country a kol pro běžné použití. Hlavním tématem je reálné vytvoření centrální pružící a tlumící jednotky, která by mohla být používána v běžné praxi cyklistiky. V teoreticko-metodologické části se práce zabývá historií vzniku jízdních kol, současným stavem a popisu jednotlivých dílů jízdních kol. V aplikační části se práce zabývá konstrukčním návrhem rámu horského kola typu cross country a návrhem centrální pružící a tlumící jednotky. Tato jednotka byla pevnostně posouzena pomocí analýz v profesionálním softwaru SolidWorks simulation. Navržená centrální pružící a tlumící jednotka byla podrobena patentovému řízení a zapsána do Věstníku Úřadu průmyslového vlastnictví. V závěru práce je popsána samotná výroba jízdního kola se zabudovanou centrální pružící a tlumící jednotkou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and optimization of bicycle suspension, for example in racing specials, cross country bikes and bicycles for normal use. The main theme is the real creation of a central springing and damping unit that could be used in the normal practice of cycling. In the theoretical and methodological part the thesis deals with the history of bicycle formation, the current state and description of individual parts of bicycles. In the application part the thesis deals with the design of a cross-country mountain bike frame and design of a central spring and damping unit. This unit has been robustly assessed by analysis in the SolidWorks simulation professional software. The proposed Central Sprinkler and Damping Unit was submitted to patent procedure and entered into the Bulletin of the Industrial Property Office. At the end of the thesis is described the production of the bicycle itself with a built-in central spring and damping unit.
