Předmětem diplomové práce Hrubý nepoměr plnění a jeho důsledky je zejména vymezení pojmu hrubý nepoměr v rámci nového občanského zákoníku. Práce se zaměřuje na kvalifikování tohoto pojmu v dotčených institutech soukromého práva, tedy neúměrného zkrácení lichvy a změny okolností. The subject of the thesis: The gross Disparity between their Performance and its Consequences, is particularly the definition of the gross disparity. The work focuses on the qualification of the gross disparity in concerned institutes of private law, thus laesio enormis, usury and changes in circumstances.
