Abstract:

Abstrakt Předmětem diplomové práce „Strategické řízení firem v době finanční krize“ je analýza dopadů finanční krize na konkrétní podnik a porovnání opatření, která tento podnik s ohledem na dopady finanční krize přijal, s opatřeními aplikovanými v dalších společnostech. Analýza by měla sloužit jako ukázka pro další společnosti, jak je možné v době finanční krize postupovat a eliminovat tak její negativní vliv na chod podniku. Cílem je tedy přinést ucelený obrázek o dopadu finanční krize jakožto velmi nestabilního období na chování firem a na rozhodnutí, která v této době management firem přijímá. Zvolenou analyzovanou společností se stala společnost Oresi s.r.o. K analýze dopadů finanční krize je využita analýza finančních ukazatelů , tedy analýza rozvahy, zisků a ztrát, rentability, likvidity, zadluženosti a aktivity. Následně jsou popsána zavedená opatření, která vycházejí z informací poskytnutých zkoumanou společností Oresi s.r.o. a dat obsažených ve výročních zprávách a interních materiálech. K porovnání s dalšími společnostmi pak byla využita metoda strukturovaných rozhovorů, během níž vedoucí představitelé čtyř dalších společnosti (Kuchyně Sykora, Stahlgruber, Accace Česká republika a Neoluxor) popisovali, s čím se společnosti v době světové finanční krize musely vyrovnávat a jaké prostředky k tomu zvolily. Klíčové informace jsou následně zpracovány formou tabulky a dále rozebrány formou diskuze.

Abstract:

Abstract The diploma thesis "Companies’ strategic management in period of crisis" deals with the impact of the financial crisis on a particular company and comparison of measures undertook by other companies with respect to the impact of the financial crisis. The analysis should serve as an example for other companies that find themselves in a financial crisis and want to eliminate its negative impact on their business. The aim of the thesis is therefore to provide a global picture of the impact of the financial crisis as a very unstable period on behavior of companies and their decisions making processes. The company chosen for the analysis is Oresi s.r.o. The impact of the financial crisis is shown in analyses of financial indicators, i.e. the analysis of the balance sheet, profit and loss, profitability, liquidity, indebtedness and activity. The description of the measures undertook by the company is based on information provided by the surveyed company Oresi s.r.o. and data contained in the annual reports and internal documents. Structured interviews are used to compare the measures applied by other companies; leaders of the four other companies (Kuchyně Sykora, Stahlgruber, Accace Česká republika a Neoluxor) described what the company during the global financial crisis had to deal with and what measures were applied. Finally, key information are processed in the form of a table and discussed in the last chapter.
