In the first part of this bachelor thesis are focused findings about family of proteins MAGE, SMC proteins and their complexes and subunits of multiprotein Smc5/6 compex. V první části této práce jsou shrnuty poznatky o proteinové rodině MAGE, SMC proteinech a jejich komplexech a dále o podjednotkách Smc5/6 proteinového komplexu. V teoretické části jsou popsány také metody molekulového modelování. Praktická část se zaměřuje na studium proteinů Nse1 a Nse3 a jejich dvou komplexů z různých hledisek.
