Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces hypotečního úvěrování v České republice, zejména z pohledu klienta. V první části textu jsou definovány charakteristické rysy hypotečních úvěrů včetně popisu vzniku a vývoje hypotečního bankovnictví na území českých zemí s důrazem na polistopadové období. The thesis is focused on the process of mortgage lending in the Czech Republic, especially from client's perspective.
