Diplomová práce je zaměřená na Instituty nahrazující vazbu z pohledu trestního práva. Cílem této práce je analyzovat využití nahrazení vazby v praxi pomocí řízených rozhovorů na Probační a mediační službě a Státním zastupitelství. The diploma thesis is focused on Institutes replacing detention from the point of view of criminal law. The aim of this work is to analyze the use of detention in practice through controlled interviews at the Probation and Mediation Service and the Public Prosecutor's Office.
