Kinesiological argumentation of therapeutical components of Bobath concept in therapy of patiens after stroke oriented of upper trunk

Abstract:

V diplomové práci jsme se zabývali hodnocením efektivity terapie dle Bobath konceptu u pacientů po CMP se zaměřením na terapeutický prvek "využití opory" pro horní trup. Dalším cílem práce bylo zhodnotit efektivitu dlouhodobé terapie všech pacientů po CMP. 11 probandů bylo rozděleno do 2 podskupin, které absolvovali odlišnou terapii. 6 probandů bylo zařazeno do programu ?Koncept 24?. Terapie této skupiny vycházela z Bobath konceptu a byla dodržována po dobu 24 hodin denně. Skupina 2 byla v terapii na lůžkovém oddělení. Rehabilitace, ale nezahrnovala 24hodinovou péči se zařazením ošetřovatelského personálu a rodiny. Práce, díky statistickému zpracování rutinně používaných škál pro hodnocení funkčního stavu pacientů po CMP, prokázala statisticky významně vyšší efektivitu terapie dle Bobath konceptu skupiny s programem Koncept 24. Zvýšení výkonnosti i ve funkčních dovednostech bylo potvrzeno PEMG vyšetřením, kde byly vypozorovány určité trendy svalové koordinace terapeutického prvku ?využití opory? podle Bobath konceptu

Abstract:

In the diploma thesis we concern with evaluation of efficiency of the Bobath Concept Therapy by the patients after stroke with a view to the therapeutical component ?arm supported sideways? for upper trunk. The next goal of the diploma thesis was evaluated efficiency of the long term therapy by all patients after stroke. Eleven probands was divided into two subgroups, who had taken different therapy. Six probands was included to the programm ?Koncept 24?. The therapy of this first group went out from Bobath concept and proceed 24 hour daily. Group two completed therapy in the bed section. In the rehabilitation was not included 24 hour care with the use of nursing crew and the family. The result of the research, thanks statistic processing of routine used scales for assessment of operating condition of patients after stroke, displayed statistic significantly higher effectivity of therapy acording to Bobath concept of the group ?Koncept 24?. Increasing of efficiency also in operating skills was confirmed by Surface Polyelectromyography examination, where was observed specific trends of muscular coordination of therapeutic element ?application of support? acording to Bobath koncept
