Life situation of clients with behavioural disorders treated at a child ward of Psychiatric clinic

Abstract:

Cílem mojí práce bylo zjistit, jaká specifika má životní situace klientů s poruchami chování, kteří jsou léčeni na dětském oddělení psychiatrické kliniky v Brně. V první části se zabývám vysvětlením pojmů životní situace a poruchy chování a pro správné pochopení prožívání těchto klientů jsem zařadila také část o vývoji jedince v adolescenci. Faktory, které mohou mít souvislost s diagnózou poruchy chování, jsem zvolila zejména rodinu, školní prostředí, vrstevníky, média, dědičnost a poškození centrální nervové soustavy. Jednalo se o analýzu cílové skupiny. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem zvolila kvalitativní šetření pomocí kombinace rozhovorů, analýzy dokumentů a zúčastněného pozorování. Výzkumný vzorek jsem získala na dětském oddělní psychiatrické kliniky a tvořili ho děti a mladiství s poruchami chování a také pracovníci, kteří s těmito dětmi dlouhou dobu pracují. Zjistila jsem velké množství problémových a rizikových faktorů ve všech zkoumaných oblastech, které se mohly podílet na vzniku poruchy chování. Pro intervenci je důležité pochopení životní situace a pomoc při podpoře klienta i jeho prostředí. Celkový obsah práce je 12 115 slov.

Abstract:

The purpose of my thesis was to discover, what specificity has the life situation of clients with behavioural disorders treated at child department of Psychiatric clinic in Brno. In the first part of my thesis I deal with explanations of notion as life situation and behavioural disorders and I place there the part about development of man in adolescence. I think it is important for understanding of living these clients. I selected especially family, school environment, peers, media, heredity and harm of central nervous system as the factors that can be joined with the diagnosis of behavioural disorders. It is an analysis of objective group. My explanatory method was qualitative research. It was a combination of interviews, document analysis and participate observation. I get my sample on the child department of Psychiatric clinic and it was formed by children with behavioural disorders and by staff, who work with these children for a long time. I have found out, that there is great amount of problematic and risk factors in all of the examinee areas. The factors could participate on the rise of behavioural disorders. For intervention, there is important to understand the life situation and help to support client and his environment too. Total number is 12 115 of words.
