Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Přečin urážky císaře a rouhání v soudních okresech Napajedla a Uherské Hradiště v letech 1898-1914“ podává obraz fenoménu urážky císaře a rouhání v daném regionu v kontextu sociálních, ekonomických a kulturních vazeb. Pramennou základnu tvoří soudní spisy Krajského soudu Uherské Hradiště mapující soudní procesy osobami a listy, které se těchto činů dopustily.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis "The misdemeanour of an insult of the Emperor and a blasphemy in the judicial districts of Napajedla and Uherské Hradiště in the years 1898-1914" depicts the phenomenon of an insult of the Emperor and a blasphemy in this region in the context of social, economic and cultural linkages.
