Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice jednání s agresivním klientem hmotné nouze z pohledu pracovníka Úřadu práce. V části teoretické rozebírá pojem agrese, druhy agrese, pojmy, které s agresí souvisí a teorie vzniku agrese. Dále popisuje jednotlivé typologie klientů podle určitých kritérií, vysvětluje, co je stav hmotné nouze, jaké dávky člověku v hmotné nouzi náleží a jak probíhá jednání s klientem a v jakém prostředí by mělo být vedeno.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of dealing with an aggressive client of material need from the perspective of an employee of the Labor Office. The theoretical part discusses the concept of aggression, types of aggression, terms related to aggression and theory of aggression. Furthermore, it describes the individual typologies of clients according to certain criteria, explains what is the state of material emergency, what benefits belongs to a person in material emergency, how takes place the negotiations with the client and what kind of environment it should be conducted.
