Business valuation of Asap Ltd

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce „Ocenění podniku Asap s.r.o. tržní hodnotou“ je ocenění podniku Asap s.r.o. na bázi tržní hodnoty k datu ocenění 1. 1. 2017. V první části této práce je představen Oceňovaný podnik. Druhá část práce se soustředí na strategickou analýzu a vymezení relevantního trhu. Následuje finanční analýza, vyčlenění provozně nutného majetku a analýza generátorů hodnoty, jejichž výsledkem je představení finančního plánu. Poslední částí práce je samotné ocenění a to hlavní metodou – výnosovou metodou DCF Equity a vedlejší metodou – tržní metodou odvětvových multiplikátorů. Závěrem práce je porovnání výsledných hodnot všech metod ocenění a určení finálního intervalu ocenění.

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis named „Business valuation of Asap Ltd“ is to analyze business valuation of Asap ltd Company based on market value by the date of the valuation 1. 1. 2017. The second part focuses on strategic analysis and definition of the relevant market. This is followed by financial analysis, determination of operating assets and analysis of value generators, which result in the presentation of the financial plan. The last part of the thesis is the valuation - the main method - the DCF Equity method and the secondary method - the market method of sector multipliers. The conclusion of the thesis is a comparison of final values of all valuation methods and determination of final valuation interval.
