Zkoumá, jak dlouho absolventi hledají zaměstnání, jaké způsoby hledání využívají a jaká kritéria jsou pro zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele důležitá pro přijetí do zaměstnání. This bachelor thesis deals with first enter of graduates to the labour market, right after getting a bachelor's degree. It researches how long time graduates must look for an employment, which ways of searching graduates use and which acceptance criteria are important for employees and employers.
