Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem oligonukleotidů (ODNs), značných pomocí směsi oxidu osmičelého a 2,2´-bipyridinu (Os,bipy) metodou gelové elektroforézy (GE) a metodou laserové ablace ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií v indukčně vázaném plazmatu (LA-ICP-MS). Diploma thesis is based on the studies of oligonucleotides labeled with osmium tetroxide, 2,2´-bipyridine mixture (Os,bipy) by means of gel electrophoresis (GE) and laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS).
