Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice věcných břemen, konkrétně se zabývá jejich specifickým druhem – pozemkovými služebnostmi umožňující přístup k nemovitosti. Právní úprava těchto služebností je obsažena v § 1274-1277 nového občanského zákoníku. This bachelor thesis deals with easements, specifically addresses their specific type - landed easement allowing access to the property.
