Abstract:

Finanční nezávislost by měla být jedním z cílů během života člověka. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení klientského investičního portfolia se zaměřením na využití různých investičních nástrojů k diverzifikaci investičního rizika. Diplomová práce ve své první části obsahuje posouzení, zhodnocení, analýzy získaných informací o zvolené problematice, provedena je jejich konfrontace s teoretickými, dosud známými poznatky. Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu finanční nezávislosti a důležitosti investování jako procesu k jejímu dosažení. Jsou zde rozebrány určité principy, které je třeba při investování mít na zřeteli, a jednotlivé finanční a nefinanční nástroje, které lze k investování použít. Druhá část diplomové práce obsahuje vlastní koncepci řešení problematiky řízení klientského portfolia. Popsány jsou předpoklady, ze kterých je vycházeno při vytváření investičních modelů, a parametry, kterými jsou modely ovlivňovány. Jednotlivé modely jsou popsány a následně navzájem porovnány. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout specifické portfolio finančních produktů pro jednotlivé typy klientů. Dílčím cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout a doporučit konkrétní procesy řízení tohoto portfolia v závislosti na konkrétní situaci klienta.

Abstract:

Financial independence should be one of the goals during a person's life. The diploma thesis deals with the management of the client's investment portfolio with a focus on the use of various investment instruments to diversify investment risk. The diploma thesis in its first part contains an assessment, evaluation, analysis of the obtained information on the chosen issue, their confrontation with the theoretical knowledge known so far is carried out. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of financial independence and the importance of investing as a process to achieve it. Certain principles that must be kept in mind when investing and individual financial and non-financial instruments that can be used for investing are discussed here. The second part of the diploma thesis contains its own concept of solving the problem of client portfolio management. The assumptions used in the creation of investment models and the parameters that influence the models are described. Individual models are described and then compared to each other. The aim of the thesis is to design a specific portfolio of financial products for individual types of clients. The partial goal of the diploma thesis is to propose and recommend specific processes for managing this portfolio depending on the specific situation of the client.
