Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast řízení materiálu v podniku CzechPak Manufacturing. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav logistiky podniku CzechPak Manufacturing a navrhnout změny ke snadnějšímu řízení materiálu. This thesis deals with material management.in CzechPak manufacturing plant. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the current situation of logistics at CzechPak Manufacturing and propose changes to ease material management.
