Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stres a jeho vliv na výkonnost a zdraví zaměstnanců. První kapitola se zabývá obecně stresem a jeho novodobou podobou, která je spojena s technologiemi. Druhá kapitola podrobněji rozebírá pracovní stres a s ním spojená psychosociální rizika a změnu výkonnosti. Třetí kapitola se věnuje eliminaci stresu.
