Integral calculus and its applications in economics

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je ukázat využití matematických znalostí v ekonomii.V tomto případě se jedná speciálně o využití integrálního počtu jedné proměnné. V první kapitole nalézáme definice spojené s neurčitým integrálem. Obsaženy jsou také metody řešení těchto integrálů. Kapitola druhá se zabývá integrálem určitým a třetí popisuje integrál nevlastní. Každou kapitolu doprovází také vzorový příklad s návodem k řešení. Čtvrtá část je aplikační, představující jejich využití v ekonomické sféře. Cílem je ukázat, že matematika, konkrétně integrály, se dají využít v praxi a můžou nám pomoci zjednodušit některá ekonomická řešení.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to present a use of mathematical knowledge in economics. In this case specifically about the use of integral calculus of one variable. In the first chapter we find definitions associated with the indefinite integral. It includes also methods for solving these integrals. The second chapter deals with the definite integral and the third chapter describes the improper integral. Each chapter is also accompanied by prime example with an instruction to solve. The fourth part is aplication, it presents theire using in the economic sphere.The aim is to show that mathematics, specifically integrals, can be used in a practice and it can help us to simplify some economic resolutions.
