Cílem diplomové práce bylo výzkumné šetření snažící se zjistit pohybovou aktivitu a zdatnost obyvatel ČR ve vybraném kraji. The aim of this thesis was to survey physical activity and fitness in the population of a selected region in the Czech Republic.
