Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis investigates the hydrothermal synthesis of zinc oxide nanorods. It is examined with an emphasis on the optimisation of the synthesis process and the analysis of growth kinetics. Zinc oxide nanorods which possess unique optical and electronic characteristics are employed widely in areas such as optoelectronics, and nanotechnology. Bakalárska práca sa zabýva rastom nanorodov oxidu zinočnatého pomocou hydrotermálnej syntézy, pričom sa zameriava na optimalizáciu parametrov syntézy a získanie poznatkov o základných mechanizmoch rastu.
