Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současné americké hypotéční krize. Práce obsahuje čtyři kapitoly. První popisuje historický vývoj amerického hypotéčního trhu s akcentem na sekuritizaci. The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the contemporary mortgage crisis in the USA. The thesis consists of four sections.
