Rakovina prsu je nejčastějším nádorovým onemocněním žen, jejíž častou příčinou úmrtí jsou metastatické komplikace. Cílem této práce bylo detekovat potenciální biomarkery metastazování do lymfatických uzlin low grade nádorů prsu metodou SELDI-TOF MS a 2-DE MS. Abstract:
Breast cancer is the most frequent women‘s cancer, whose common reason of death are metastatical complications. The objective of this study was to detect potential biomarkers of lymph node metastasis low-grade breast tumours, using SELDI-TOF MS and 2-DE MS methods.
