Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce řeší projekt hodnocení zákazníků přepravní společnosti s cílem rozšíření portfolia nabízených služeb. Cílem bylo vytvoření projektu nového hodnocení zákazníků. Pro dosažení cíle byla použita vícekriteriální metoda, která slouží jako analytická část projektu. Dále jsou formulovány kroky návrhu projektu, které vytvoří projekt hodnocení zákazníků přepravní společnosti. V závěru je upřesněna jeho implementace do praxe.

Abstract:

This master's thesis addresses the project of customer evaluation for a transportation company with the aim of expanding the portfolio of offered services. The objective was to create a new customer evaluation system. To achieve this goal, a multi-criteria method was used, which serves as the analytical part of the project. Next, the steps of the project design are formulated, which will create a customer evaluation project of the transport company. In the conclusion, its implementation into practice is specified.
