V teoretické části práce se zabývám vysvětlením základních pojmů oceňování a pojišťovnictví. Popisuji základní moderní metody oceňování nemovitostí na tržních principech se zaměřením na problematiku oceňování za účelem stanovení pojistné hodnoty. Abstract:
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with explaining the basic concepts of valuation and insurance. I describe the basic methods of modern valuation on market principles with a focus on valuation to determine the insured value. The practical part includes two property valuations.
