Main goal of this thesis is to implement tool for live video and audio streaming using network protocols SRT and RTMP, according to users’ choice and its playing with low latency. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je implementovať nástroj na prenos naživo zosnímaného videa a audia po sieti SRT alebo RTMP protokolom, podľa výberu užívateľa a jeho následným prehratím s čo najnižším oneskorením. V tejto práci sú predstavené používané sieťové protokoly a projekt FFMpeg s jeho nástrojmi.
