Abstract:

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je otestovať internetové stránky troch poisťovní z českého trhu. Výsledkom práce bude návrh možných zlepšení webu poisťovní. K splneniu práce použijem viacero výskumných metód. Hlavnou metódou bude ey-etrackingové meranie, doplnené o dotazník a rozhovor. Výsledné namerané časy budu uvedené v tabuľkách a budú doplnené o snímky obsahujúce heat mapy. V závere budú popísané odporučenia, ktoré budú vychádzať z výsledkov výskumu.

Abstract:

A target of this thesis is to test the internet pages of three czech insurance companies. The result of this thesis will be proposed to website insurance companies. Some better Solutions resulting from this thesis will be proposed to the website companies. More research methods will be used to achieve the objectives of this thesis. The main method used is the eye-tracking measurement, completed by survey and interview. The resulting measured times will be shown in the tables and will be supplemented by images containing heat maps. At the end, recommendations based on research results will be described.
