Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na interpersonální vztahy na pracovišti a problematiku výskytu sociálně patologického jevu zvaného mobbing. Zabývá se vznikem konfliktu, teorií agrese a možností záměny mobbingu se šikanou. Popisuje výskyt mobbingu, charakterizuje oběť, mobbera a jeho techniky. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the interpersonal relationships in the workplace and issue incidence of pathological social phenomenon called mobbing. It deals with the origin of conflict, theories of aggression and the contingency of mistaking the mobbing to bullying.
