Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je Návrh trainee programu pro mistry výroby a výběr vhodných kandidátů do tohoto programu. Tento trainee program bude v budoucnu sloužit ke vzdělání nekvalifikovaných zaměstnanců ve společnosti Hutchinson tak, aby po absolvování trainee programu byli schopní vykonávat pracovní náplň kvalifikovaných pozic, zejména mistrů výroby. Tato diplomová práce se v prvé řadě zabývá konceptem trainee programu, a to zejména jakým způsobem zajistit jeho bezproblémový chod v praxi. Je zde řešen zejména výběr okruhů jednotlivých školení a jejich zajištění interními či externími zdroji. Jako nezbytné doplnění této diplomové práce se zdál být dotazníkový výzkum zájmu zaměstnanců o trainee program a ověření zvolených školených okruhů. V další části je v diplomové práci řešen výběr zaměstnanců do trainne programu, rovněž výsledná cílová skupina uchazečů, pro které by měl být trainee program určen a jejich hodnocení v rámci trainee programu. V dalších částech diplomové práce je řešena cenová kalkulace trainee programu a rovněž nápravná řešení aby kalkulace byla pro společnost Hutchinson akceptovatelná. V závěru diplomové práce je řešena marketingová propagace společnosti a trainee programu a rovněž časový harmonogram trainee programu. Účelem této diplomové práce je ve výsledku životaschopný a okamžitě zařaditelný trainee program do systému vzdělávání ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is ,,Proposal of the trainee program for foremans and selection of suitable candidates for this program,,. This trainee program will serve in the future for education of unskilled employees at Hutchinson s.r.o. company, so they will be able and capable to perform workload of skilled positions after ending this program, especially positions of foremans. This diploma thesis is primarily concerned with the conception of the trainee program and especially how to ensure trouble-free operation in the praxis. Here is especially solved the selection of individual fields of trainings and theirs hedging, whether use internal or external sources. As a necessary complement of this diploma thesis seemed, to be a survey research of the interests of employees on participation in the trainee program and verification of the selected trainings. In another part of the diploma thesis is dealt with the selection of employees to the trainnee program, also with resulting target group of candidates for which the trainee program should be proposed and their evaluation within the trainee program. In other parts of the thesis is dealt with calculation of the prize of the trainee program and corrective solutions that costs will be for Hutchinson company acceptable. In the conclusion of this diploma thesis is dealt with marketing and promotion of company and of trainee program and time-schedule of the trainee program. The purpose of this diploma thesis is the immediately viable and classifiable trainee program in the education system in the company.
