Bonds in the Czech Law and Practice
Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Dluhopisy v českém právu a praxi“ se zaměřuje na analýzu a komparaci zákona č. 190/2004 Sb., o dluhopisech a jeho významných novel v letech 2012 a 2014. Zvláštní důraz klade na emisi dluhopisů, emisní podmínky, schůzi vlastníků dluhopisů a zvláštní kategorie dluhopisů. V poslední kapitole se věnuje problematice zdanění výnosu dluhopisů.
Abstract:
The thesis "Bonds in the Czech Law and Practice" focuses on the analysis and comparison of Act no. 190/2004 Coll., On Bonds and his major amendments in 2012 and 2014. Particular emphasis is placed on the bond issue, the issue conditions, the meeting of holders of bonds and special category of bonds. The last chapter is devoted to tax revenue bonds.
