Analysis of job offers advertising in selected newspapers

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou inzerce nabídek zaměstnání ve vybraném denním tisku vycházejícím na území České republiky ve dvou časových sondách. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část práce prezentuje přehled situace zaměstnanosti v České republice mezi lety 2009 až 2013 a věnuje se úvodu do problematiky médií a reklamy s důrazem na reklamu v denním tisku. Dále definuje marketingový výzkum a zabývá se jeho teoretickým návrhem. Empirická část práce se věnuje praktickému návrhu výzkumného šetření a jeho realizaci. Prezentuje výsledky první i druhé výzkumné sondy a navzájem je komparuje. Nejdůležitější závěry výzkumných sond zároveň komparuje s výsledky celorepublikové analýzy z roku 2012 od Mgr. Pavlíny Šťastnové a Jiřího Tillnera, MBA. V závěru práce je věnována pozornost zpracování výzkumné zprávy, jejíž cílem je shrnout nejdůležitější závěry provedeného výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis analyzes job offers in selected newspapers published in the Czech Republic in two time probes. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part presents an overview of the employment situation in the Czech Republic between 2009 - 2013 and focuses on introduction to media and advertising with an emphasis on advertising in newspapers. It also defines marketing research and discusses its theoretical design. The empirical part focuses on practical research proposal and its implementation. It presents the results of the first and second research probes and compares them with each other. The most important conclusions of the research probes are also compared with the results of the nationwide analysis of 2012 by Mgr. Pavlína Šťastnová and Jiří Tillner, MBA. The conclusion of the thesis contains the research report, which summarizes the key findings of the research conducted.
