Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je provést analýzu vnitropodnikové komunikace ve vybraném subjektu. Zhodnotit nastávající situaci vnitropodnikové komunikace a dle analýzy navrhnout doporučení, pro lepší komunikaci ve firmě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části a to teoretické a analytické. Abstract:
The aim of my Batchelor Work is to make analysis of the communication inside the chosen subject, evaluate present situation and after analysis suggest advice for better communication in the company. My Batchelor Work is devided in 2 basic parts: theoretical and analytic ones. In the theoretical part I present special Czech and foreign literature, which is connected with this problem.
