Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou horečky dengue, která ohrožuje více než 40 % světové populace. Věnuje se historickému pozadí, původu viru, epidemiologii, patogenezi, klinickým formám a projevům nemoci. Dále se zaměřuje na možnosti diagnostiky, terapii a prevenci onemocnění. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the problematics of dengue fever, which is treath for more than 40 % of the world population. It deals with the historical background, origin of the virus, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical forms and manifestations of the disease.
