Rehabilitation of vertebral disease LS spine after surgical solution.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ?Vliv lázeňské léčby na nervová onemocnění? pojednává o vzácné degenerativní onemocnění centrálního motoneuronu. Cílem práce je přispět k řešení problematiky lázeňské léčby na primární laterální sklerózu. V obecné části jsem se zaměřila na popis anatomických struktur nervové soustavy hlavně její část účastnící se na řízení pohybu. Dále zde vysvětluji, definici, etiologii, patologii, kliniku a diagnostiku primární laterální sklerózy. V rámci teoretických poznatků narazí čtenář dále na speciální část, která ho provádí komplexní lázeňskou léčbou. V této části popisuji metody využívané v lázních pro léčení neurologických onemocnění, ergoterapii a psychologicko-sociální problematiku. V hlavní části je na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru zpracován krátkodobý rehabilitační plán. Zahrnuje samotnou terapii, postupy v léčbě a výsledky, kterých jsem dosáhla. Konec této části tvoří dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán sestavený podle výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Závěr formuluje výsledky práce s pacientem a subjektivní zhodnocení přínosu ucelené rehabilitace. Podstatou práce je pomocí těchto ucelených metod zlepšit stav pacienta a kvalitu jeho života, čehož se vzhledem k progresi onemocnění podařilo minimálně.

Abstract:

The bachelor work thesis ?The influence of spa treatment to nervous disease?, deals with a rare degenerative disease of the central motoneuron. The aim is help to the solution of spa treatments at primary laterál sclerosis. In the general parth I focused on the description of the anatomical structures of the nervous system, mainly part involved kontrol of the motion. Futhermore there explaining the definitiv, etiology, patology, clinical and diagnosis of primary leteral sclerosis. The reader can hit in theoretical knowledge a special part where is performed a complete spa treatment. This section describes the methods use dat the spa for treatment of neurological disorders, ergotherapy and psychological aspects of this disease. The main part is based on an initial kinesiological analysis prepared a short-term rehabilitation plan. Includes therapy alone, treatment procedures and results, which I achieved. The end of this section consists of a long-term rehabilitation plan drawn up in accordance kinesiological exit analysis . Conclusion is made up of work with the patient and subjective evaluation of the benefits of complex rehabilitation. The essence of the work is integrated with these methods to imoprove the patient?s condition and quality of the life, which is due to disease progression at least managed.
