Abstract:

V současné době každá organizace klade velký důraz na sledování a řízení nákladů. Pro samotné sledování a následné řízení nákladů, potřebuje organizace znát skutečnou výši nákladů a co je příčinou jejich největší spotřeby. Mnoho organizací to řeší zavedením různých metod např. zavedením procesního řízení apod. Při bližším pohledu na takto vznikající situace se nabízí, jako jedna z možných alternativ, vytvořit pro management jednoduchý výstup. Pomocí takto vytvořeného výstupu o nákladech bude možné sledovat nejen náklady, ale umožní to i jejich efektivní řízení.

Abstract:

Today, each organization puts great emphasis on monitoring and management costs. For its own monitoring and subsequent management costs, organizations need to know the actual amount of costs and what the cause of their greatest power is. Many organizations phased in of various methods such as process management, etc. When analyzing such a situation arising is offered, as one of the possible alternatives, to create a simple output management. Use the following generated output of the cost will be possible to monitor not only costs but also to enable their effective management.
