Electron transport in mitochondrial membrane is associated with formation of carbon-centered radicals. The aim of this work is to detect carbon-centered radical using electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy.Abstract:
Přenos elektronu v mitochondriální membráně je spojen s tvorbou uhlíkových radikálu. Cílem této práce je měření uhlíkového radikálu pomocí elektronové paramagnetické rezonanční spektroskopie.
