Serving One's Nation. The role of Jan Frans Willems and Ján Kollár in the national struggle
Abstract:
Cieľom práce je urobiť sondu do koncepcií a postojov obroditeľov národnej otázky vo Flámsku a na Slovensku v 19. storočí, tieto zasadiť do kultúrno-politického diania v danom geopolitickom priestore pomocou trojfázového modelu profesora Miroslava Hrocha a napokon komparatívnou metódou poukázať na podobnosti a odlišnosti v názorovom systéme týchto národných dejateľov.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to attempt at an analysis of conceptions and stances of national revivalists in Flanders and Slovakia in the 19th century.
