Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vztahem pohybové aktivity mezi rodiči a jejich dětmi, studenty Ostravské univerzity. Byla použita smíšená kvantitativní a kvalitativní metoda. Kvantitativního ukazatele jsme získali prostřednictvím monitorování týdenní pohybové aktivity akcelerometrem. Konkrétně ActiGraph GT3X. Akcelerometry nosili studenti a rodiče ve stejnou dobu, po celých 7 dní v týdnu. Zároveň probandi vyplňovali záznamový arch. Z tohoto archu byly získány další kvantitativní ukazatele. Kvalitativní údaje byly získány prostřednictvím hloubkových rozhovorů se studenty a jejich rodiči. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 14 záměrně vybraných studentů a jejich rodičů. Celkem 42 probandů. Výběr byl realizován na základě odhadu pohybové aktivity všech probandů. Kritériem členění bylo jejich subjektivní vnímání doporučené pohybové aktivity podle WHO. A to na 150 minut pohybové aktivity středního zatížení týdně, pro zachování zdravotního stavu. Počet probandů byl stanoven na základě všech variant vzájemného vztahu studentů a jejich rodičů a to osm. Příkladem této varianty je sledování studenta, který splňuje podmínky pohybové aktivity a jeho rodiče také. Variantou může také být, že student splňuje podmínky pohybové aktivity, ale z rodičů pouze jeden. Práce přináší další údaje o vztahu pohybové aktivity rodičů a jejich dětí.

Abstract:

The work explores the relationship between physical activity between parents and their children, students of the University of Ostrava. Mixed quantitative and qualitative method was used.. Quantitative indicators have been gained through monitoring of weekly physical activity by an accelerometer. The ActiGrap GT3X to be specific. Accelerometers were worn by students and parents at the same time, 7 days a week. The probands filled the record sheet at the same time . Other quantitative indicators were obtained from the sheet. Qualitative data were provided through in-depth interviews with students and their parents. The research group consists of 14 students and their parents intentionally selected. A total of 42 probands. The selection was based on an estimate of physical activity all probands. The criterion for division, was their subjective perception of physical activity recommended by WHO. 150 minutes of physical activity weekly mean load, for maintaining health. Number of probands was determined on the basis of all variants of mutual relations between students and their parents and their number was eight. An example of this variant is tracking of a student who fulfil the conditions of physical activity and their parents as well. A variant may also be that the student meets the conditions of physical activity, but from parents just one. The work provides more information about the relation of physical activity of parents and their kids.
