Abstract:
Předmětem teoretické části bakalářské práce je problematika smlouvy o dílo, její zákonná a smluvní úprava. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na ujednání smlouvy o dílo, která mají stěžejní význam pro osobu zhotovitele díla ve výstavbě a to jak při samotné kontraktaci smlouvy, tak i v době po uzavření této smlouvy, proto praktickou část práce zaměřuji na aplikaci právní úpravy. Abstract:
The object of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is the issue of contract work. It is legal and contractual arrangements. The practical part is focused on contract work arrangements, which are crucial for a person contractor works in construction.
