Abstract:

The risk management has become a very important issue in the business world especially in the last decade and most lately after the last economic crisis, so it has been clearly that each company and institutions should take risk in consideration to reduce the loss, and to be aware in which way and plan you apply while facing uncertain changing environment. The several types of risks that could harm the companies in a way or other had to create and specify different kind of dealing with such threats and risk. In my diploma thesis I discussed the topic of risk management and Enterprise risk management and how it became important to have it to be aware of business future and also how it maximize profit to the organization and also to society.
