Accelerated molecular data visualization using GPU
Abstract:
Díky dostupnému výkonu jsou současná GPU běžně využívána jak ke zrychlování výpočtů nad molekulárními daty, tak i k vizualizaci těchto dat. Cílem práce je umožnit snadné využití GPU výpočtů v rámci aplikace CAVER Analyst. Byla provedena analýza dostupných API a knihoven, které dané API zpřístupňují. Abstract:
Nowadays current GPUs are commonly used to accelerate molecular data calculations as well as to visualize these data. The aim of this thesis is to enable GPU calculations within CAVER Analyst in an easy to use manner. First, the analysis of available APIs and the libraries that employ them is presented.
