Long-term financing focused on IPO
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Možnosti dlouhodobého financování podniku v ČR se zaměřením na IPO“ je vymezit možnosti, které mohou využít k financování svého podnikání s důrazem na financování pomocí IPO. V první části je popis možností financování. V části druhé se soustředím na IPO společnosti Kofola CS a IPO uskutečněná dříve, které nakonec porovnám.
Abstract:
The goal of the bachelor thesis: “Long-term financing focused on IPO” is to define options that can be used by companies to finance their business with emphasis on IPO. The first part is concentrated on describing possibilities. In the second part I concentrate on the Kofola´s IPO and IPO of selected companies, which I will compare in the end.
