Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat vliv třídní učitelky na utváření sociálního klimatu konkrétní 8. třídy základní školy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny důležité pojmy související s tématem, a to školní třída, klima školní třídy, učitel a třídní učitel. V praktické části jsme zjišťovali, jak vybraná skupina žáků vnímá aktuální třídní klima, které jsme následně porovnávali s klimatem, které by si žáci přáli ve své třídě mít, tedy s klimatem preferovaným. Stěžejní pozornost byla zaměřena na vnímání osoby třídní učitelky. Byl proveden smíšený výzkum (smíšený design), přičemž kvantitativní část ve formě výběrového šetření formou dotazníků CES (Classroom Environment Scale), kvalitativní část výzkumu byla provedena formou polostrukturovanéhorozhovoru. Ten byl zaměřen na zjištění, jak učitelka vnímá svou třídu, její soudržnost, zda zná žáky, jak vnímá sebe jako třídní učitelku, co a jak ovlivňuje.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the influence of a class teacher in shaping the social climate in a particular class of pupils in the eight year. The theoretical part defines important terms related to the topic, such as a classroom, class climate, teacher and class teacher. In the practical part, we evaluated how a select group of students perceive the current climate in the class, which we then compared with the climate that pupils want to have in their class, i.e. the climate preferred. Principal attention was focused on the perception of the person of the class teacher. A mixed research was conducted, the quantitative part in the form of sample surveys by questionnaires CES (Classroom Environment Scale), the qualitative part of the research was conducted in the form of semi-structured interview. It was aimed at understanding how the teacher perceives the class, its cohesion, whether she knows its pupils; how she perceives herself as a classroom teacher, what and how she affects them.
