Family counseling centres as a part of the implementation of the Cochem model in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřena na Cochemský model, který vznikl v Německu a od roku 2015 se objevují snahy o jeho implementaci v České republice. Jde o model mezioborové a neustále se rozvíjející spolupráce konkrétních aktérů z řad odborných profesí či institucí zapojených do opatrovnického řízení. Tito aktéři sledují společný cíl - rychle a efektivně pomoci rodičům najít smírčí řešení a snížit tak negativní dopady na děti. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl definovat úkol a roli rodinných poraden při implementaci Cochemského modelu v České republice. Cíl je naplňován kombinací dvou technik sběru dat. Jednou z těchto technik je studium a analýza odborných materiálů. Další technikou, která napomáhá k dosažení cíle, je realizace polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky rodinných poraden.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is thematically focused on the Cochem model, which originated in Germany and since 2015 there have been efforts to implement it in the Czech Republic. It is a model of interdisciplinary and constantly evolving cooperation of specific actors from the ranks of professional professions or institutions involved in guardianship proceedings. These actors follow a common goal - to quickly and effectively help parents to find a conciliation solution and thus reduce the negative impact on children. The diploma thesis aims to define the task and role of family counseling centers in the implementation of the Cochem model in the Czech Republic. The goal is fulfilled by a combination of two data collection techniques. One of these techniques is the study and analysis of professional materials. Another technique that helps achieve the goal is the implementation of semi-structured interviews with family counselling centers employees.
