Construction of a gas station with a Drive-Through service - project analysis

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována řízení projektu, konkrétně výstavbě čerpací stanice se systémem Drive-throught v rámci franšízy ruské ropné společnosti Lukoil. Stavba se předpokládá na pozemku v Moskevské oblasti na území Ruské federace. Projekty s takovým systémem jsou zvláště aktuální během současné globální pandemie. Tato práce může sloužit majitelům pozemku pro realizaci takových projektů, pokud se trend Drive-throught rozšíří mezi sítě čerpacích stanic v Rusku. Účelem práce je vytvořit a analyzovat projekt, který vyhovuje časovým a finančním omezením s uvedením nejpravděpodobnějších rizik, kterým je projekt nejvíce vystaven. Pro analýzu projektu se používají metody kritické cesty, vizualizované pomocí harmonogramu a Ganttova diagramu. Pro rozsáhlejší časovou analýzu byla také použita metoda PERT. Při analýze zdrojů bylo také nutné použít paralelní heuristickou metodu s dynamickými prioritami. Analýza nákladů se provádí z hlediska přímých a nepřímých nákladů. K posouzení dopadu následků rizika byla použita jednoduchá semikvantitativní metoda PNH.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on project management, specifically the construction of a drive-through filling station as part of a franchise for the Russian oil company Lukoil. The construction is supposed to be built on a land plot located in the Moscow region on the territory of the Russian Federation. It is assumed that projects with this system will be especially relevant during the current global pandemic. This work could help landowners implement such projects if the drive-through trend spreads among gas stations in Russia. The purpose of this work is to create and analyze a project that meets the time and financial constraints, as well as identify the most likely risks to which the project is most exposed. To analyze the duration of the project, the critical path method (CPM) was applied and then visualized using a schedule and a Gantt chart. For more extensive time analysis, the PERT method was also used. When analyzing resources, a parallel heuristic method with dynamic priorities was used to solve the problem of resource overuse. A cost analysis was presented in terms of direct and indirect costs. A simple semi-quantitative method was used to assess the impact of risk consequences.
