Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou trhu, skúma jeho históriu, metódy zberu dát a rozoberá aj súčasné trendy analýzy trhu. Tiež sa zameriava na dizajn on-line dotazníkov, ako by mali vyzerať od úvodnej strany až po záver.
