Economic evaluation of the biogas plant project near the village Lkáň

Abstract:

V práci se věnuji legislativě České republiky spojené s výstavbou a provozem bioplynových stanic, změnám legislativy a jejich dopadem na daný sektor. Dále se také věnuji existujícím programům na podporu projektů využívajících obnovitelné zdroje energií. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je po změně vstupních parametrů (výkupních cen a zelených bonusů) nadále perspektivní a ekonomicky únosné (efektivní) provozovat bioplynovou stanici u obce Lkáň v Ústeckém kraji, která jako první v České republice využívá tzv. termofilního procesu a jejímž majitelem je Zemědělské družstvo Klapý. Efektivnost bude posuzována na základě dynamických metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic, které berou v potaz riziko i faktor času.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I pursue legislation of the Czech Republic that is connected to building and running biogas plants, changes of the legislation and their impact on this sector. The next thing I pursue are existing programs to support projects that use renewable energy sources. The aim of the work is to find out whether it is still perspective and economically viable to run the biogass plant near the village Lkáň in Ústí region after the change of an input parameters (purchase price and green bonuses). This biogas plant is the first biogas plant in the Czech Republic which uses so called thermophilic process and whose owner is collective farm Klapý.
